Laziday began with an ordinary walk that became impossible to forget.
While exploring a natural park in Spain, our adopted rescue dog cut his paw on the broken remains of a cheap plastic beach chair left behind.
A product designed for a few days of convenience had become years of pollution. That moment changed the way we looked at holidays.
Every summer, millions of beach chairs, umbrellas and inflatables are bought, used for a few days and abandoned. They clutter our beaches, waste valuable resources and leave traces in the places we love most.

We knew there had to be a better way. Not by asking people to give up comfort—but by rethinking ownership.
That’s why we created Laziday. Instead of buying beach gear you’ll use only once or twice a year, you simply rent premium equipment wherever you need it. Better for travellers. Better for local communities. Better for our planet.
